All calibration model setup are performed according to the NEN ISO 12099; 2017 working principals. Wet chemistry methods are mainly following the GMP+ legislation and are accredited based on the most often used official certification regulation for this product. Moisture; proximate analysis determined by weight reduction after a pre-determined heat treatment for a certain period of time (depending of the method).
Protein; Kjeldahl method for determining the nitrogen content with in the product. The number shows the multiply factor for the protein calculation.
Fat; weight determination of the extracted fat, the abbreviation determines if Soxhlet, acid hydrolysis or any other method was used.
The product needs the be unground material.
