Ingot calibrations have been developed over 25 years and incorporate more than 400 thousand global reference samples and more than 4 million spectra and reference values, resulting in a robust calibration database. This calibration is for poultry by-products.

• The Aunir INGOT Feed and Feed Ingredient Calibration Models are designed to predict best on consistently ground samples up to a particle size of <3.00mm. This can be achieved using many types of mills and grinders following the manufacturers recommended procedure. However careful consideration should be given as to what material must be ground, the volumes required, and the amount of heat produced.
• Samples should be scanned in room temperature (18-24C)
• Connect your Scanner with mobile app
• Perform background measurement
• Place scanner on top of your sample
• Initiate scan and wait until complete
• Move scanner to another spot of the sample and scan again. Repeat 5 times.
• Wait for results. You can add notes and pictures.
